Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a principal with great commitment and heart who is passionate about driving educational development. The candidate
- is trained in Swedish education, holds a primary school principal certificate and has at least three years’ experience in school management.
- has experience in personnel management and have already successfully guided teams towards common goals through trust-based leadership.
- has a good ability to develop organisational structures and to get energy from development while creating sustainable relationships and processes.
- can communicate fluently in written and spoken English. The ability to understand and speak French in professional contexts or willingness to acquire it rapidly would be an advantage.
